Last Monday, Jack Rea the FAW's Referee Recruitment & Retention Officer spoke to members at a busy Society Meeting

Jack explained his background and his important role within the FAW. The FAW has ambitious targets for referee numbers by 2026 and Jack explained that this can only be achieved by focusing equally on recruitment of new referees and retention of existing officials.
