Dear Colleague,
Our Society's September meeting is on Monday 30th at the Ford Club, Treboeth, Swansea and you will be forwarded an email with details seven days prior.
The reason for this email is to inform you in advance that if you have not already renewed your C.R.B. card which is issued by the F.A.W. to allow you to referee or officiate with persons under the age of eighteen, then at our September meeting a safe guarding representative with the appropriate forms will be in attendance to give help and guidance and to complete your application.
You will be required to bring with you:
1. Passport
2. Driving Licence
3. Two utility bills
4. National Insurance Number
5. Two passport sized photographs
The cost of issuing photocards will be met by the Football Association of Wales.
This is a unique opportunity to get this completed in one evening with the guidance of the official representative.
If you do not apply for your C.R.B. cards your referee appointments may be restricted.
