Live TV game falls victim to snow

The wintry scene at Maes Tegid today.

SATURDAY'S live TV game between Bala Town and Gap Connah's Quay has been postponed due to heavy snow at Maes Tegid along with two other fixtures.

Bangor City v Port Talbot Town and The New Saints v Aberystwyth Town were also called-off over concerns for the away sides travelling to the games.

Both Carmarthen Town (v Newtown) and Prestatyn Town (v Airbus UK Broughton) report their pitches are in excellent condition.

S4/C now plans to televise the game from Richmond Park live, weather permitting.


Bangor City P-P Port Talbot Town

Although the Nantporth pitch has been reported to be in good condition, the match has been postponed over safety concerns for Port Talbot Town traveling North and returning after the match.


TNS v Aberystwyth Town

Although the Park Hall pitch has been reported to be playable, the match has been postponed over safety concerns for Aberystwyth traveling to the match.
